Retractable Hydraulic Scissor Lift Platforms are used for jobs that do not require height but require a large working area and high lifting capacity. They are designed to lift heavier loads than larger work platforms and personnel elevators.

Scissor lifts move with the maneuvering technique of boom lifts, but their platforms only rise vertically. Towable scissor lifts are available in different models with platform heights ranging from 3.2 meters to 16 meters. The term “towable” refers to the fact that the platform can be moved by personnel pulling it or by vehicles such as forklifts. They are not towed behind a vehicle.
